Ready to take the next step? Join the monthly Learning Community and access further training and accreditation. Be developed to deliver the Flourishing Teams Starter programme to clients through We Are Company - welcome to the family !

For a monthly fee of £50 you will receive:

• Participation in a monthly Learning Community where there will be a mixture of content and input from our Flourishing Teams team, peer to peer learning, mutual support for Portfolio Workers and Flourishing Teams supervision.

• Receive a monthly update on Flourishing Teams, including updates from clients, experiences using the tool, coaching highlights and stimulating articles.

• Be able to access training on the Flourishing Teams suite of tools and programmes that will enable you to deliver increasing added value to clients (at additional cost)

Once you have completed the relevant training you will be able to:

• Deliver MPACT programmes with WeAreCompany

• Deliver Flourishing Teams starter programmes with WeAreCompany

• Deliver Flourishing Teams signature programmes with WeAreCompany
