Each individual contributes a unique mix of talents, strengths, experiences, stories and passion to your organisation. The challenge for every team is how to draw out and marshal all this innate potential in pursuit of shared goals.

Our MPACT assessment provides each individual with deep insight into their distinctive MPACT quotient and couplet. This reveals how they are designed to elevate their team and their colleagues.
Individual 1:1 coaching with an MPACT certified coach helps each individual to reflect on their MPACT report, explore new insights, and identify practical steps to elevate their team and build resilient relationships.
At a team workshop we help the whole team to reflect on how each individual elevates the team in distinctive and complementary ways. In this way we awaken the collective purpose of the team and maximise the contribution that every individual contributes.
MPACT measures the expression of 5 quotients essential for thriving cultures and peak team performance.
